Another type of meditation technique is transcendental meditation, one more researched and debated among the many types of meditation. This type of meditation aims to one help achieve enlightenment if practiced in the long term. This technique of meditation can also help to increase the intelligence and creativity. This technique does not require the mastery of difficult breathing techniques or the use of some special positions. A person need only learn to concentrate by sitting in a relaxed and comfortable posture and position.
Another technique of meditation is the meditation vibration consisting in the repetition of a mantra, a certain word or sound which becomes the focal point of the process of meditation. The vibrations produced by the word or the sound is seen passing through the body. During meditation, the individual is concentrated in anything else, but the sound as it is repeated over and over again.
Walking meditation is one of the many other types of meditation techniques that can help to get in touch with the inner self. It’s learn how to focus the mind while walking. Although this technique of meditation can be difficult to practice it can be very beneficial. This type of meditation is to focus on the feet while meditating and trying not to let that mind wandering away from each step.
These different types of techniques of spiritual meditation taken time to master. It can be difficult for some people to focus on one thing, because most of the time the influence of the world in general and how tarnished and time of the mind with thoughts of problems, concerns and stress.
